Practice at Hombu Dojo

Yudansha Seminar |
The founder of Aikido stated, "Aikido is a path that all people should
follow." At each and every Manseikan Aikido dojo, we endeavor to practice
in a manner that both men and women and both young and old can train their
body and spirit in a vibrant and joyful manner.
|
| The founder of Aikido frequently spoke about a concept that he called takemusu aiki. Takemusu aiki refers to the infinite power (unlimited technique) that is manifest through the harmonious connection and union of opposites. By training daily in movements based on the harmonious principles of nature, we naturally maintain a healthy body and mind, as well as, improve and better our inner selves. |
